There are many ways you can support our work.
– Sell your preloved items on ebay and donate the profit to us. Your item will feature an attention-grabbing charity ribbon—it may even be listed in the Charity Shop. Plus, you reduce your seller fees and enjoy tax savings.
– Send an eCard for all different occasions using ‘Don’t send me a card’. The amount you would have spent on a card and postage you can donate to Garwood.
– Giveacar is a not-for-profit social enterprise that can turn your old car into cash for any UK charity. We arrange free collection, then either sell your car at auction or scrap it with the proceeds (minus our service fees) raised going to Garwood.
Charity shop donations
Have you found a loft full of old children’s clothes that no longer fit?
Have you bought a new set of crockery and are wondering what to do with your old set?
Our charity shops located in South Croydon and Addiscombe would be happy to receive any donations.
Sadly, due to a number of restrictions we are unable to take the following: Hard back books, CD’s, DVD’s, duvets (unless brand new in packaging), car seats, prams or large items of furniture. Electrical items can only be accepted at our Addiscombe shop.
Please only bring donations to the shop during our opening hours. Any donations left outside will sadly be disposed of.
